Standard occupancy per room type is as follows:
1 Bdrm = 2 adults (maximum occupancy of 4 people).
2 Bdrm = 4 adults (maximum occupancy 6 people). Any adults over the age of 18 in excess of 2 per reservation will be charged $20 per person, per night, regardless of season.

48 hour cancellation policy on weekly rentals. Less than 48 hours is one night's charge.
All rates are subject to sales tax and a $65 peocessing fee Goverment rates are available and a $30.00 fee
No pets are permitted, unless assisting the disabled.
